I took the plunge made (in)famous by Brit-Brit Spears, invested in drug store electric hair clippers and went to town on my own head.  It felt awesome, really, I would recommend it to anyone.  I am calling the result my “Quid-Pro-Quo-Hawk” because although it is technically a mohawk, I won’t be wearing it up (okay maybe once for kicks).  Also, I love the idea of adding the phrase “quid pro quo” to my daily vocabulary no matter how little since it makes to anyone else.

Btw, new dress pictured above.  Thrifted from “Clothez Minded” in Westport over the weekend.  It’s a dress with a hood AND pockets.  All the best things in the world ROLLED INTO ONE!  It’s really just tremendous.
